The design sprints are a process made popular by Google Ventures and produced by Jake Knapp. It’s a 5 day process of innovation and product development, that normally could take up to six months to finish.
It’s great for getting unstuck, accelerating projects that are already in motion and (in)validating ideas. The sprint is a process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. It’s a “greatest hits” of lean startup, product development, design thinking, and more — packaged into a battle-tested process that any team can use.
Together with Christopher Marks & Leonard Bukenya, we’re planning to get the mastermind to the Netherlands! Jake Knapp is the creator of Google Ventures’ Sprint and he’s literally written the book on the subject. He has worked with great startup’s like Nest, Slack & Gmail and is a great inspiration for everyone interested in growing ideas into great businesses.
The only thing we need for this to happen, is to get 100 people to show that they are also interested in seeing Jake speak at an event. No money required (yet), but only a shoutout from us saying we’re looking forward to learning even more about rapid product innovation, the Sillicon Valley way.
Feel free to share this message with your friends and colleagues that are also interested in growing their business ideas. Depending on the amount of interest, we’ll arrange for a venue and possibly extra speakers and/or workshops. If you or your company have a request or suggestion make sure to reach out, we’re happy to discuss those ideas with you.
Learn to save time, resources and maximize your product’s value by doing your own sprint!
